Hi K Fit community,
It’s been a long journey over the past 2 1⁄2 years, with all the ups and downs - and for many of us, working out has been a lifeline, whether on zoom, outside or in the gym. For others, fitness got lost along the way, for a million different reasons, and it sometimes feels impossibly challenging to restart.
You might be wondering, how do I restart? What does that even look like? What can I do?
Each person is different - so maybe it starts with building a base again with a walk of 20-30 minutes, 3 x per week. Perhaps coming back to our zoom classes - we offer at least one live zoom workout per weekday, including Liane on Tuesdays and Abby on Thursdays! (sign up on Mindbody).
How about a few sessions with a K Fit Personal Trainer to help kickstart your fitness routine off, brush up on form and rebuild your confidence? (contact Tammy to coordinate this!)
Or you might be ready to get back to our super fun IN THE GYM Group Fitness classes!! And we are excited to now offer you 11 classes in the gym, 6 days per week!!

Plus, we have our 3 outdoor Tabor runs available every Wednesday at 5:30am, 7:15am and 9am!!
